DMCA CONTENT REMOVAL NOTICE

If you wish to report a copyright infringement, we require you to send us a proper notification. 

DejiKing Entertainment respects the rights of copyright holders and will work with the said copyright holders to ensure that infringing material is removed from our service.

All notices should act in accordance with the notification requirements of Copyright laws in effect. You are required to provide the following information:

4. Certify or include a statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that the use of the copyright protected material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or law.

5. Certify that the information that you have provided DejiKing Entertainment is accurate. The complainant should attest under penalty of perjury that s/he is authorized to enforce the copyrights that have allegedly have been infringed.

We monitor all files we upload to make sure that copyrighted material is not uploaded. In cases where you feel a file infringes on your copyright or the copyright of someone you represent, we encourage you to be guided by the above information.

DejiKing Entertainment will respond to “any content removal requests” that comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and other applicable intellectual property laws.
