The Timba Gym Experience
It was great at the 1st edition of the Free Work Out session hosted by Grooves & Timba Gym, held on 16th July, 2016 at the popular Grooves Events Centre, Opp. Honda Manufacturing Company, Convenent University Road, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.
The idea is to bring to consciousness the importance of being and staying healthy.
We got a hint that this Work Out session might likely hold once a month in a weekend at Grooves Event Centre.
