It is no longer news that the Theater Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) is fast expanding her horizon beyond the Nigerian borders. Following the election of Mr. Bolaji Amusan (Mr Latin) as President in December 2018 by the Association in Ibadan, he has since been exploiting every available opportunity to take the Association to the next level. This is made evidence by the inauguration of TAMPAN international branches. TAMPAN has impressively gotten more international recognition with branches in USA, Cote d’voire, South Africa and UK.
In the acceptance speech by the President, he said the association will continue to soar higher with the execution of the programmes lined up to achieve the aims and objectives of the association and its members. It is on this verge that the Association will commence the operation of another International branch in the Middle East and shall be headed by Otunba Adeolawale Balogun as the Governor for the United Arab Emirates branch.

The inauguration is set to take place in Abu Dhabi on 26 to 28 July 2019 and will be graced by a number of TAMPAN members around the world. In a pledge by the Governor, he stated that “In this Quest as Governor of TAMPAN Dubai, I Otunba Adeolawale Balogun do solemnly swear to use my good office to promote, enhance and foster unity amongst Nigerian Actors, Actresses and Movie Producers. So help me God.” . The event shall witness the start-up of the Movie shoot of ‘The Sunset’ as packaged by the TAMPAN, UAE and a warm welcome of Ibrhim Chatta as he premiers his movie titled ‘Olokiki oru’.
Otunba Adeolawale Balogun further assured TAMPAN of the support of his amazing associates and allies like Chief Wole Akala, Otunba Wasiu Taiwo (Wessy) - Zmirage Boss, Bkleff Media, Project Sense, Tunde Odemuyiwa, Mr Tosin Ajirire - The Sun Newspapers, Mr Steve - Eagles House, Bridgett Misaa and Mr. Aderibigbe Adedeji David – DejiKing Concept. He referred them as his Team of Nation Builders per Excellence.

With the activation of the UAE branch, TAMPAN is set to earnest the available resources in the Middle East to drive the association forward and attain her goals.
