*CONSULTANT YOUTH AND SPORT MOBILIZES YOUTH FOR AGRICULTURE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM;URGES YOUTH TO BE CONSCIOUS OF ONLINE OPPORTUNITIES NOT JUST FOR ONLY THE FUN ASPECT*

The Consultant Youth and Sports Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government mobilizes Youth for Agriculture and Entrepreneurship Development Program organized by a Sango Ota based NGO *POSITIVE COMMUNITY OUTREACH FOUNDATION* The program is a week long Youth Camp which started on *SUNDAY 20TH – SUNDAY 27TH NOVEMBER 2022,* and took place at Idogo Community,Yewa South LGA,Ogun State.

The Director of the program Mr Dammylola Shodiya had earlier made online publicity of this programe and its benefits where the consultant found it Worthy and immediately key in by sponsoring Youths for the program in his own little capacity.

Interestingly, the program  focus on agriculture and entrepreneurship development which participants are to gain *ability to develop business plan, access to become a banking merchant of a renowned financial institution,access to farmland on crop & livestock, access to register their business with SMEDAN and access to a business Coach.*  The program has been in existence over a decade,it was an Initiative designed to reduce unemployment,combat criminality amongst youth and contributing to the economic progress of our dear State and the Nation at large.

I specially commend the consistent effort of the Organizers for the impactful initiative and and also congratulates the participants and encourage them to put into practice what they have learnt.

Most Importantly, let me use this medium to sincerely appreciate his Excellency Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun Executive Governor of Ogun State for giving platform for Youths in his administration,which gave opportunity for us to showcase our ability and competence; I have no doubt that our commitment in discharging our responsibility will open more doors for many other Youths under his Excellency Watch.

I also appreciate your Excellency for creating lots of opportunities for our Youths, amongst digital ones to mention but few; *OGUN TECH-HUB,OGUNTEACH,OGUN JOB PORTAL,OGUN DIGITAL ECONOMY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT (OGDIEP), ENDOWMENT FUND, ANCHOR BORROWERS,AGRO-PRENUERS SCHEME e.t.c.* Thanks so much Sir, you and our amiable and ever supportive mother Her Excellency Engr. Mrs Noimot Salako-Oyedele,Deputy Governor,Ogun State shall continue to pilot the affairs of our dear State till 2027 by Gods grace.

On this note, I humbly urge all our Youths that have access to *Social Media* to be conscious of online opportunities not just for only the fun aspect of it. While we keep lamenting for opportunities, we do pass by opportunity day by day, it's only we are not conscious of them. Some examples are those I mentioned above created by our performing and silent achiever Governor.

We have fresh ones we can still take advantage i:e the Federal Government *Project T-Max, the ongoing registration of Inec Adhoc Staff, ongoing registration of National Population Commission Adhoc Staff e.t.c,..."opportunity won't just come,you look for it".*
